Moder education on all levels should focus on bith professional and individual development of a person. Teachers and professors play a core role in this process. The last one is based on motivation, inspiration and development of creativity and induviduality of each and every student.  Besides that, taking into account a dynamic market changes, cand high professional and personal requirements to a graduate, education should be provided with a complexity. Interdisciplinary approach to education gives an opportunity to identify and follow interconnections and interdependence between phenomena and events, react fast on the changing conditions and be flexible. The valid thing in Future Education is understanding of what importance creativity, innovations and individuality have in it. Schools and Universities should not produce human-robots that can mechanically accomplish any kind of a task given, but an individuals that can use their creativity and open-mindeness and increase effectiveness of any business process they are imvolved in and bring financial benefits.
