Over 80 participants applied to the program after the open call on May 12, 2016. 16 of them have been invited to the interview with the selection committee which at the end of the final stage have chosen two out of our best candidates. Welcome our winners – Uliana Avtonomova and Kyril Bezkorovaynyi.

Congratulations to this year’s youth delegates. We are sure that they, like their predecessors, will do their best to fulfill such an important mission.

As before, this year’s selection rules were very demanding and uncompromising. Representation the country at the international level is a great responsibility. It requires not only deep knowledge of the international sphere and professional skills, but also a clear understanding of the benefits it can give to the represented country.

It should be noted that all the participants who got to the semi-final were very well-prepared and the competition was really tough.

Members of the selection committee, in turn, acted in concert for the choice to be most objective and fair.
