Low energy efficiency in Ukrainian houses is connected with absence of building standards, lack of technical knowledge, low awareness of investors and owners. European experience gives us to understand that it is necessary to integrate society and government efforts.
“It is cheaper to economize 1 kilowatt than to produce it. Prices for energy resources will raise that`s why society should lead government to count with its energy interests”– noticed the president of Kiev international energy club ‘Q-club’.
