The NGO “Institute of Policy and Governance” invites 30 young active Ukrainians in order to contribute, develop and implement their advocacy-campaigns at local municipal and community levels.

The project consists of IV stages:

Stage I:to watch online lectures about the basics of good governance and advocacy after which the participants will describe their own advocacy-idea

Stage II: three-day workshop of the School with advocacy-experts (Kyiv, November 27-29,2015).

Stage III:to implement their own advocacy projects by the School’s participants at local community and municipality levels.

StageІV:a two-day exchange of experiences session about how to implement advocacy-campaigns at local level

Criteria for participant’s selection

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • interest in conducting advocacy-campaigns;
  • membership in NGO (optional);
  • willingness to come to Kyiv during Stage II (27-29 November 2015) and Stage IV (April 2016) of the project;
  • readiness to implement advocacy-campaign at a local community level.

Participation conditions

In order to participate in the project, please complete the online application form

30 participants, who will send all the necessary materials on time (up to November 06, 2015) and be selected by the Organization Committee, will be offered to take part in the School training in Kyiv.Working language is Ukrainian.

All Participation costs (travel and accommodation during the Stage II and Stage IV) will be coveredbythe organizers.

The top 3 among the participants advocacy-campaigns will receive financial remuneration.
